With only weeks left before Election Day and to ensure a positive outcome for all Californians, I urge all voters who value progress, inclusivity, and the continued advancement of our state to consider the immense importance of keeping Republicans out of the governor’s office. With the current President the stakes are too high for California’s future to risk a regression in policies affecting climate, education, healthcare, and civil rights.
This election is not just about party preference — it is about ensuring that the next governor is someone who will champion the values and priorities that most Californians hold dear. To do this, we must narrow our voting choice by checking polls the day before Election Day,  for the Democrat with the best chance of winning and voting for that candidate. This is particularly crucial as vote splitting among several Democratic candidates could inadvertently pave the way for a Republican victory. By uniting behind the candidate most likely to defeat the Republican challenger, we can maximize our collective impact and protect California’s hard fought progressive gains. We will also improve our chances of voting again in future elections.
Timing is Critical. I encourage everyone to vote the day before election day, either by dropping your ballot in a secure dropbox or by delivering it directly to the elections office. This ensures your vote is counted promptly and securely, and avoids any last-minute issues or delays. With so much at stake, let’s make sure every Democratic vote is delivered early and counted.
California stands at a crossroads. Let’s make the right decision, choose unity over division, and keep our state moving forward.

Hilarious. Here we have Mr. Bonilla providing a great example of pretzel logic. Mr. Bonilla states that to continue progress, inclusivity, and advancement of our state, one must vote Democrat. But to attain that goal, one must revert to discrimination against Republicans. Not much progress or inclusivity there. And instead of advancing our state, Mr. Bonilla proposes we continue the status quo with disastrous Democrats putting the welfare of criminals and terrorists over the American people. And as a byproduct, continuing California’s race to the bottom, especially in regards to climate, education, healthcare, and civil rights.
Mr. Bonilla is exhorting us to use whatever means possible, however sneaky, to keep Democrats who put the welfare of criminals and terrorists over the American people in charge. No thanks. Let’s make the right (as in Republican) decision, choose unity over division, and keep our state moving forward. Vote for Steve Hilton or Chad Bianco and send in your vote as soon as possible.
If you must vote for a Democrat, look over the other 59 names and choose the one you least recognize. I echo Mr. Bonilla's advice to send in your vote as late as possible. Even by mail. And if you know anyone voting for Los Angeles mayor, tell them to vote for Spencer Pratt. Because if your home burns down (I’d say anywhere, not just in LA) Democrats won’t have your back, or your front, or anywhere in between. Unless it is to rub more salt in your wounds.
Hey Rick - "it is about ensuring that the next governor is someone who will champion the values and priorities that most Californians hold dear". Based on the outcomes of the debates, there is not one Dem candidate who will champion those values you mention. They are all mealy-mouth group thinkers with TDS and would follow the disastrous course set by Newsom. The only candidate who has fresh ideas and is not stuck with the calcified bunch in Sacramento is Steve Hilton. Rick being Rick, loves the status quo no matter what the ramifications are for the rest of us who are not happy with a State slowly but surely sliding into oblivion.
