Supervisor Lisa Gauthier and board President David Canepa were excited to host a delegation of climate and infrastructure leaders from the African nation of Zambia, to discuss San Mateo County’s LEED-certified COB 3 building, their new cutting-edge and sustainable administrative headquarters. Also in attendance were many other leaders from across San Mateo County from the business, energy and education sectors. Â
