Enrollment in California K-12 schools, and in schools across the country, is declining rapidly as birth rates drop and immigration rates fall. This school year, California had the largest decline in enrollment rates since 2021-22, after schools returned from the pandemic.

Enrollment in public schools declined by 1.3%, or by 74,961 students, according to data released Thursday by the California Department of Education. State public school enrollment is now at 5.7 million students.

CA Is Burning

Biden allowed approximately 20 million illegal immigrants into the USA who stuffed their children into free tax payer classrooms throughout the USA. Trump on the other hand, closed the border, and is now deporting many of these criminals who brought children and then popped out a few more while illegally squatting in America. Now that they are being returned to sender, it makes sense that K-12 enrollment is down. Let's all give a big cheer for President Trump and ICE.

It is quite clear why the teacher unions and school districts encouraged illegal immigration, if only to boost their funding. Notice how they mention " newcomers"; these are children of illegal immigrants. Because many of these newcomers are illiterate in their native language, they need special instruction to get them to minimum functional level. They are also placed in a grade based on their presumed or self-declared age which leads to some interesting, read catastrophic, outcomes for our American born children, as in lowering the bar. Is this dumbing down by design?

Any parent worth their salt is already homeschooling their kids - that is the only right answer moving forward.
