Default Foster City City Council Elections

I saw in the paper yesterday that Herb Perez appeared at the Rotary Club meeting with all the other candidates and accused someone of a smear campaign. He also claimed that a homeowners association was harassing him. Does he have proof? What was the purpose of showing up unexpectedly and throwing out cryptic remarks? The voters need to know who they are voting for and if Perez has information, he should come out and say it!

Well, I just saw some clarification on the homeowners association that allegedly has been harassing Perez. I guess it's a noise issue emanating from his self-defense studio and mediation has gone no where. Perez called some homeowner a pedophile at a city council meeting (that could be considered a smear campaign against the homeowner!). Still don't know what the smear campaign against him was about, and why didn't he answer how long he had been living in Foster City? Something's fishy!

for Pam Frisella and Charlie Bronitsky! They've conducted their campaigns with dignity and deserve to win!
